Outside the London Theater stood a figure leaning on the railing. The cold night air didn't seemed to affect her as much as it seemed to affect others who passed her on the street, one man doing a pathetic double take. The girl just rolled her eyes and the man left a little disappointed. "Pathetic idiots," the girl muttered under her breath with a smirk on her lips. Her arms were crossed over her chest and she wore a stunning white dress with spaghetti straps and a gray jacket over it. Her dress went down to her ankles and she wore silver high heals to make her look taller than five foot six. Her black hair was pulled over her right shoulder and her bright blue eyes scanned the grounds. This girl was Anya Kelvina, the niece of Dingo Kelvina of Bulgaria. And she was in England for one purpose. A small sigh escaped her lips.

"You give them too much credit." The voice was monotoned and not sounding a if it were a joke. "If you think they are idiots, you should see my brother. He's an idiot. These muggles. . . " The voice's owner moved closer until he was right next to Anya. "They are simply retarded. Nothing less or more." The recent mail had come in for Edward Moser. His brother was to move in as a Squib in three days. That's how long it would take to gather his things, quit his job, and fly there on the fastest plane. What Dex planned on doing here, Edward had no idea. But he hoped this was only a temporary thing. But the fact that Dexter had called himself a muggle in the letter told Edward that some idiot witch had fallen for him and told him everything. This girl did not look familiar, but he had walked up to her anyways. Why not? It was a free country. Well, not exactly. But there was nothing in the laws about invading personal space when in public. Edward Moser, twenty nine, considered himself to be a decent person. Everyone has those dark corners, but Edward considered his own to be perfectly natural, unlike most. He did not regret and this had been a very dangerous thing according to his teachers at Hogwarts. He found no problems with himself and saw nothing wrong with walking up to Anya. He waited for someone else to join them.

Anya turned her head to look at him and smiled a warm smile. "You're right about the muggles...And I have seen my fair share of idiots....I work with to many of them, acctually," she sighed. "May I ask your name?" she said sweetly. Always know the name first, was the saying she had drilled into her head. Find out their name before you give them yours. That was what she lived by.

Edward turned to face her again, his face confused. "Detective Roger Dowd, Scotland Yard. Call me Edward." This girl reminded him of his brother, Dexter. The two would get alone well. She was warm, Dexter was cold. Dexter liked warm. Edward, however, did not. He would rather lie about his name, age, and job than get close to a woman or a man for that matter. It had been that way at Hogwarts as well. He had gone as a new name each year, firsy as 'Dexter Moser' then as random versions of his name until 7th year when he finally decided to screw them and he was Edward R. Moser.

Anya's smile disappeared as she studied his face. She had gotten a strange vibe from him, and didn't like it one bit. She stood up straight and removed her eyes from his face to look at a muggle kid across the street. Her glare made him run the opposite direction and she smiled warmly back at Edward. "I'm Anya. I'm guessing you've lived here for a long time? Do you think you could help me? I'm new here..." she said, sounding slightly like a tourist.

"Lived here for eight years," he lied again. Unlike his brother, his lies were flawlessly constructed and he always had a back-up plan. He and his brother were very different in their 'techniques', such as lying, living, and love. But they each had a mutual respect that always kept them from killing one another, and he meant that quite literally. If either felt like it, they would kill each other in their sleep. Which was Edward's main fear about having Dear Ol' Dexter live with him until he found his own place in London. Edward liked living, very much so. He prefered not being in a coffin. Even if they were really comfy. . . . . . . . . . He snapped his head out of thoughts of Dearly Devoted Dexter Moser and back into thoughts of here and now. "I suppose I could help. What do you want to know?"

"I'm...Er...I guess you could say looking for someone....And well I want to know if you know where I could find this person," she said in a somewhat bored voice, begining to circle Edward, a hint of a smirk on her lips.

Edward suddenly felt cornered. It wasn't a feeling he enjoyed. His claustrophobia kicked in and he instinctively reached for both his pockets. Both muggle and magical weapons were on his person. Like his brother, Edward liked fillet knives. They seemed to cut better, whether it was wood or meat. His wand, a rosewood of 14 inches, was in the other pocket, safe and sound. "Who is this person you want?" he asked, now defensive.

"An Aaron Martin...I just want to visit my...cousin," she lied causually, smiling up at Edward. "But he doesn't know I'm in England...It's sort of a suprise..."

Edward smiled as he got a weird vibe from this girl. "I didn't know Aaron had a cousin," he said, raising an eyebrow. "I work with the guy on occasion," he added. "Scotland Yard doesn't keeps a keen eye on Dragon Tamers, considering most of the 'yard' are muggles, but Aaron was involved with a crime a few months back and so I met him." He love lying. He knew the other girl had lied, so he returned the favor. He did work with Aaron, they were both dragon tamers. It was one of his little dabbling trips. He'd leave the job in three months to work for another government job. Preferably as an FBI agent in America. . . . He could get away from Dexter by living in Washington. The thought of getting away pleased him.

"See, I'm a distant cousin..Traced the family tree when my uncle was killed, and came here," she lied with another smile. "So, I'm guessing you know where to find him?"

"Sorry, but you aren't that good of a liar." Edward was always blunt, even if he wasn't truthful. He was truthful now, however. "But I like the look in your eye when you say his name, so I'll tell you how to find him." He got out a map and circled Aaron's house. "I don't do this for just anyone," he said, writing own directions from where they were standing. "But you have murderous intent and, if there's anything I respect more than that, it's murder. If you like, I'll come and help, I have my stuff in the car and it'll just take a moment." He felt a bit of whimsy all-of-a-sudden.

Anya smirked. "Well, seems I have already found a allie...Thank you..." she said, watching him write down directions, a smirk on her lips. "You know, I'm beginning to like you...You know I might take you up on that offer but-" she made a face "-we don't need stuff unless you don't have a wand....Otherwise we don't need stuff. I just want him to experiance the pain he caused me, then finish him off," she said, an evil glint in her eyes.

He sighed in minor fustration. "You are obviously new to the murder scene. You don't use frigging wands. I didn't go to medical school to use wands." He said the word 'wand' like it was a curse. "I use the minor drugs, maybe a few knives, and the wand to finish it off with too much blood," he explained with a smile. "Wands are for newbs. If you want pain, go for the fillet knife." He nodded, "It's the knife of choice for serial killers and psychos such as ourselves." He seemed lively.

"Obviously, you're dumber than you look. Police can track you if you stab a person, I know that for a fact considering the fact one of my colleges was arrested for it...I use wands because they don't leave prints. Bring your knife if you want, but I'm sticking with a wand...It's not like I haven't this before..." she said, taking a step toward him, looking his straight in the eyes.

He smiled, "Obviously, you haven't done it the way Dexter does it. He's my brother, who is actually quite unmagical, but good at what he does. I used knives, but blood can be cleaned with magic just as well as fingerprints. I'm just saying that, if you want pain, go for knives. Like said, I have carbon steel ones in the car if you'll let me hurry and get them." He looked right back at her, "I'm probably older than you, I'm more driven, and I've most probably killed more people than you have. I suggest you trust me on this topic."

"I doubt it. I'm twenty nine...And with the killing people, I'm very skilled at what I do and my record has been extremly clean. Hell, no one exects little ol' me to kill anyone...And I like it like that. But alright...But before you use your knives, I was to use the doubled cruciatious. Twice the pain, twice the screams," she smirked.

"Twenty nine and a half. I've had a spotless record. Seriously, who would expect a Dragon Tamer, former Auror, and future FBI agent to kill? No one. I'm a damned humanitarian. " He sighed, it was no use arguing. The only thing that mattered was that he would get his knives, and actually get to use them.

She rolled her eyes. "What ever....So a few months older; same bloody age. But can we drop it? We both have spotless records and we are good at we do...Can we just kill Martin...Now the Tripp girl...I'm dealing with her on my own. I personally want her begging at my feet for mercy. She is the reason my uncle was dead, whether Martin killed him or not," she smirked.

He began to think about someone who needed killing. The idea had popped into his head, harmless in it's innocence, but there all the same. "Will you help me with someone else? He's coming to London in three days and I desperately need to get rid of him. He's a pain and he," he searched for an excuse that would make Anya happy. He knew she would only agree if it were vengence. "he stole my girlfriend." Partly true. Paige had been his wife before moving to America and meeting Dexter. Kyle and Ashton were his children, not Dexter's. Yet he was the one teaching them, taking them to PTA meetings, and that made his blood boil.

"I'm only here in vengence, I don't kll in vengence. But, considering your helping me, I'll help you...I want to cornor Martin in a week so I can get to know London a little better. But I'll be glad to...Who is the kill-sorry-person," she corrected herself, smiling warmly up at him, but she had a murderious air to her then that would make anyone want to get away.

"My brother, actually. He's stole my wife and my children. So now, he will die." He smiled at the idea. "My real name's Edward, by the way. Edward Moser, Dragon Tamer, It's protocal not to tell names, you understand." He shrugged and looked at the lack of muggles on the streets now. "How long have you been in the business, exactly?" asked Edward, wishing he had a coke or something. Like his brother, he hated alcohol, but he loved drinks.

"Since birth...My Uncle raised me....And well he was the most skilled murderer in Bulgaria and somehow managed to become Minister of Magic. He taught me everything I know...So I know what I'm doing," she shrugged. "And I do, I always find out someone elses name before I give mine out, Edward," she smiled slightly.

He nodded, impressed. "I know, Anya. But it's not a good idea to leave your ID tag out like that. I could tell your name from the moment I got enough light to see." He laughed and added, "Been training with the cops since birth. My dad was a cop for the Muggle Authorities, so he taught me all about how criminals get caught. Whether he knew it or not, he was teaching me the best way a person can. Which is why I'm so sure I know how not to get caught. Dexter, my brother, learned along with me. But he only kills certain types of people, for some reason. Ever heard of Undeads?"

She nodded. "Oh yes, I've heard of them. Never met any, but I heard of them alright," she said mater-of-factly.
