Abby didn't miss her tone. Her own became sharp as she awnsered. "Twenty-Three," she said coldly.

"And yet you act as if the entire world has wronged you. Why are you here, Abigala?" Fiona snapped, sitting up on the swing.

"To teach kids to do not make my mistakes," she said simply.

Fiona leaned over to Abby and slapped her. "What did you just say? God, you should never teach, EVER!"

Abby cursed loudly, standing up, resising the urge the urge to slap her back. "WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU?" she yelled, her temper slowly getting the better of her.

"My problem is that you said 'To teach them to do not make my mistakes'! It's 'To teach them not to make my my mistakes." Fiona yelled back. "My problem is that you hate the best family that a girl could have: A big one!" She puffed and added "My biggest problwem is how you act like your life is the worst. Reality flash Abigaila Joe Weasley, there's TONS of people who have lives worse than yours. Live with it."

Abby raised her eyebrows. "Hmmm, why did you get all definsive?" she asked, fighting a smirk. She knew she was asking for it, but might as well take a shot.

She felt something snap deep inside her and she smiled. "Nothing at all, Abby." She almost added an extra second of 'B' sounds. (It would've sounded like Ah-Beeehe) She felt better, but only because a vine was creeping it's way up from the ground and because rocks were rolling twords her.

Abby looked down and sighed. "Really is stranggling me with vines going to help you?" she asked with raised eyebrows.

"Not strangle. Vines are horrible for murder, they don't like blood much. " Fiona stated. "But rocks find it just fine. But don't worry." Fiona brought out a legal document. "I'm legally bound to tell you everytime I decide to use my 'Special Abilities'. " She gave Abby the paper which stated a lot of things about the legalty about the binding of abilities and how she was to be put under arrest should she cause harm to someone using the power. She utterly despised the courts, of course. But if it weren't for them, she would probably be in Kiddie Juvy.

Abby smirked. "Good, then you won't be able to kill, or case me harm," she smirked, handing the paper back to Fiona.

"Oh no. I could kill you. I just have to try a bit harder to get caught." Fiona said simply.

Abby rolled her eyes. "Good luck with that," she muttered.

"Tell that to my mother." Fiona whispered. She dropped the vines and the rocks and sat on the ground instead of on the swing.

"What do you mean by that?" Abby asked curiously, not really getting the point of that comment.

"Ask my dead mother about my luck with killing people." Fiona looked up and snapped.

Abby raised her eyebrows. "What do you mean 'your luck with killing people?" she asked. Her mind wandered in the direction of wondering if she had killed her mother....

"I think that's none of your damned business." Fiona said, finally stnading off and commanding the dirt to come off her clothes. It jumped off so fast that some flew twords Abby's eyes. Fiona began to step tword the slides.

Abby closed her eyes, subconsiously expecting that. "Listen, I was just asking," she said calmly, holding her hands up in there air for a moment so they were level with her shoulders before putting them down by her sides again.

The metal on the slide hardly reacted with her. Metal rarely did due to how far away from the Earth it now was. When it was in the purest form under the earth? Yes. It did climb up and wrap itself around her. But it had never happened and she was sure it never would. "I think you should listen. I'm not one of those classic cases that you can fix. I'm not a math problem in a textbook. And finally, I'm just like every single kid you'll ever see in your class. You cannot fix a child's problems anymore than you can fully solve your own. It takes determination and a willingness to cooperate before either side can react in peace." She said, sliding down and nearly expecting the sand in the sandbox to come up to cushion her fall. It didn't, and wouldn't until she turned 18 and that sucked.
