"What the hell are we doing here?"Andrew's nose wrinkled in disgust as the pair entered the restaraunt.
"You asked me to take you to lunch,"replied Adam curtly. "That's what I'm doing."
"And you wonder why I call you Gaylord,"the older Flaherty mumbled under his breath. He glowered at the setting before him. "I meant lunch as in a place full of hot chicks."
Adam rolled his eyes. Typical. "Well, you didn't specify where. So I brought us here."
"Adam, Adam, Adam. You're my brother. You're supposed to know these things!"
"Didn't that conversation with Lily Potter process through your head yet?"growled Adam.
Andrew winced slightly. "It still hurts when I go to the loo."
The corners of Adam's lips twitched slightly. "Well now,"he said, chuckling slightly. "Shouldn't you be learning how to be more gentlemanly?"
"Not a chance."
Adam grimaced. A waitress came forward, holding two menus. "How many people, sirs?"she asked, timidly, looking from Andrew to Adam.
"Just two, miss,"Adam smiled at her warmly. "Thank you very much,"he added. The waitress blushed hard, nodding fervently and led the way to a table. Adam sat down on the table first, now peering at the menu.
Andrew smirked slightly and reached out for the waitress's hand, kissing it. He thanked her in a deep voice and sat down, peering at the menu. A smirk placed on his lips. The waitress blushed harder and turned around, suppressing giggles and gossipping with the other waitresses.
Adam rolled his eyes. He was used to this routine.

"I told you, Millie. He's in here!" Daisy sighed in adoration. "And you want to see Andrew Flahtery. . . Why?" Millie looked at her from under the hood.
"Because, you have to meet the foe, and flahter them. If I woo Andrew, he cannot possible resist when I ask him to steal some files for me." Daisy batted her eyelashed suggestivly. Daisy giggled as a man opened the door for her, and she winked at him before motioning for Mil to follow. Once inside, he asked where they would like to be seated.
"Next to the handsome men in the back, please." Daisy said, only to receave a glare from the waitress.
"This way, please." The girl snapped, leading them to the table right next to the two Flahterys.
Millie quickly checked her prosthetic nose that she insisted must be on at all times when in London. It was secure. Her violet eyes blotted out by contacts, she could deny anything that was put against her.
"Hey boys." Daisy said, looking directly at Andrew and nearly ignoring Adam. "How are you today?" She smiled.
'God, what a damned flirt' Millie sighed and looked over to Adam Flahtery. She suddenly remembered where she knew the Flahtery name. Millie visited the Flahtery's shoppe while waiting for Robb to arrive with Post-It's. That was back when Millie was, in human years, sixteen. Or was it seventeen? Either way, Mil had taken over soon after her small conversation with the woman. She had even bought a bucket of EEG. But she had never used it. She now wondered what had happened. Millie waved slightly at the two boys, but let Daisy do her work. She was sure not to look directly at either boy. That had become a habit for Mildred Lass lately. In fact, Looking was now a direct no-no.

“DADDY! It’s my BIRTHDAY!” Gwen said jumping up and down excitedly outside of Borrellies. “And so we are going to Borrellies! The place where you and mommy met and took me for my first birthday and every birthday since!” She sang happily twirling. She was in an emerald green dress that fell just below her knees, and had on a pair of black ballet flats. Her dark auburn hair was up in a bun with a few intricate curls down the side of her face. She had gotten it done because Chris was never too great with hair charms.
Chris smiled as he looked down at Gwen, “Yes sweetie, you are ten years old now.” He said with a smile. “You have reached the big 1-0 and I’m so proud of you.” He said kissing the top of her hair.
Gwen gave a small blush and looked up at Chris, “Thank you daddy. And thank you for taking me here along with all the great presents you gave me.” She said.
Chris just shrugged and smiled, “You know that with each year you get an extra present, this year you got ten small gifts and I know you will use them well, and we always go here.” He said opening the door for her. Chris was wearing a pair of black dress pants, black dress shoes, and a white shirt with brown suede jacket. He opened the door for Gwen who walked through with a smile.
“Thank you Daddy.” She said and walked up to the place where the waitress was as Chris followed.
“A table for two please.” Chris said and the waitress looked at table chart. “The only one open is back by a table of 4 it seems.” The waitress said and Chris looked down at Gwen who shrugged and nodded. Chris smiled, “That’s ok.” He said flashing a smile and the waitress grabbed two menu’s and sat then down. Chris was facing the way so he could see Daisy, Mil, Adam and Andrew while Gwen got to look out the window if she looked forward.
“Daddy, can I have a rootbeer float?” Gwen asked looked at him with big wide eyes.
“Of course you may Gweneth Daisy, it is your birthday.” He said using her full name like he always did when they came out here. She had asked him too after her 7th birthday so she sounded like she was older.

Adam peered up slowly from his menu. He gave a slight nod and returned to his menu. He knew what would be coming next. Pretty young ladies and Andrew never mixed well. He gave a sigh and flipped the page on the menu. At the sound of Chris's voice, he looked up, aleart. His eyes wandered around the restaurant until he found two familiar faces. "Chris!"called Adam, standing up and waving a hand at Chris and Gwen. A warm smile slid across his lips. At last, a safe haven from Andrew's obsessive flirtiness.
Andrew looked up from his menu, eyeing Daisy and Millie. "Why hello there,"he greeted, in a deep velvety voice. He ran a hand through his hair. "To what do I owe this great pleasure to?"he asked, winking at Daisy and Millie.

Daisy was in her home field now. "My name is Daisy, and this is my friend, Millieweed Lassidy." Her voice poured like warm molasses. She was so concentrated that Dais hardly noticed her own brother walk in, and Adam's brother leaving to converse with him.
"Daisy, I'm sorry but Ill be right back. " Millie said curtly and walked quickly to Chris, Gwen, and Adam. "Sorry to interrupt, but I am not hanging around with that playboy for more than five minutes." Millie began to consider the fact that Daisy may accidentally push it and get herself hurt. Since she was easily impressionable, Mildred also worried for Daisy because rumor had it that Andrew had a tendency to drink.
"And I just so happened to notice you from the window. I love to Window shop." She smiled again. She gestured for a waitress to get her a bottle of Riesling and perhaps a hot crescent. "It'd be rue not to introduce yourself, Andrew Flahtery." Daisy said, taking the glass of wine from the server with the up most of care and gentleness.

Chris looked up and smiled while Gwen gave him the glare of a lifetime. It simply read ‘you ignored me a couple days ago when GRANDPA came to visit…this is my birthday and if you forget about me now…I’ll ki…never forgive you…’ Chris gave a small chuckle and looked at Gwen, “Gweneth Daisy…I promise you that this is still YOUR day, and everything we order will be something that you like so you can steal from my plate like you always do. And they we will go see a movie…but I can not ignore people who come over. Besides, this is the brother of that guy Lily ranted to everyone about after her last practice and she came over to pick up John and Becca to baby-sit.” Chris said and Gwen finally looked at Adam and her eyes grew as wide as saucers. “Hi…” She managed to squeak out and Chris bit back a laugh. Already ten-years-old and she was crushing on a Flaherty…he was gonna have to lock her up in her room soon so now guy started crushing on her…And Chris smiled with Millie came over and then looked at the table with Andrew and Daisy, though he could not see Daisy clearly. “That is perfectly fine. I must admit I’m glad it is just my daughter and me this year as the Potters sometimes join us…I believe if Lily saw Andrew Flaherty again any time soon he would no longer be alive…and she’d get away with it too because no one would turn her in for it.” Chris said with a slight chuckle. “Is it your friend he is chatting up this time?” He asked Millie.

Andrew blinked several times. He felt his mouth drop and quickly pulled it back up. The smile on his face widened. "So you've heard of me?"he chuckled, lightly, amused. Running a hand through his hair again, he gave a short bow. "I'm sorry, Miss. That is rather rude of me,"he said in the same velvety voice. "My name, as you already know, is Andrew Flaherty. Although, a lot of people nowadays tend to call me Drew,"he shrugged. "And may I ask for your name?"smiling warmly at her.
Adam smiled warmly. Uh-oh He thought to himself. I recognize that look. He gave an inaudible groan, but still kept the smile on his face. Well, it's her birthday. "So I hear today's your birthday Miss Browning,"he said, softly. "How old will you be turning today?"

"I already introduced myself. Daisy Adair." She smiled and sipped her wine casually, glad that her latest identity (She never had one that was any different anyways) was over twenty one. "And the name 'Drew' never came up when the Prophet described your heroic struggle to find that murderer. You know the one? The one who killed the Minister?" Daisy added the last bit in a whisper. She was surprisingly quick to get to the real issue at hand. She needed to find out what he knew, and she needed to know fast enough so that she could ditch him and go chat it up with her niece. Not that Gwen really knew her. Hell, Daisy didn't even know if they had been introduced. But a girl's birthdate is a fine way to learn about Death, is it not? "And your's too, I suppose?" Millie asked, noticing the way he had looked at her friend, Daisy. A lot of people looked, it was impossible not to. But few looked at her without that small bit of envy and distant-ness. Mildred had realised long ago that anyone who looked at her without that look was either 1. A crook. 2. A reaper or 3. Family. He didn't look to be a crook (But then again, se didn't look criminal either) or a reaper (The eyes tell all). But he had her eye color (Back when they weren't violet).

“I am now ten years of age.” Gwen said with a smile, but she was not looking at Adam anymore but rather back at her father. While she did not mind the company nor her father talking to old friends….unlike that chick in the pet store….she was a bit irritated. Every single time her father and she went out they were stopped by someone else…it was never just them anymore. She held back a sigh though and again smiled at Adam, “And why are you here Mr. Flaherty?” She asked.
Chris smiled and met her eyes when she looked at him. She understood how she felt and knew he would make it up to her. He’d already started with caving on the whole kitten thing…and she’d probably get the other for her Christmas Eve present.

"Why yes,"Andrw replied, smoothly. He ran a hand through his hair again and chuckled lightly. "You've been reading the Prophet, have you?"he added, grinning wider. "They tend to leave details like that out,"Andrew nodded, scowling slightly. "But I'd be happy to fill you in on all the details,"he flashed her a Flaherty smile. "On one condition though,"he added, smirking.
"Well,"Adam replied, fighting a scowl. He nodded towards his brother, chuckling and running a hand through his hair. "The hobo over there was pleading and begging me to take him out to eat lunch,"he replied, acidly. "He wouldn't shut up!"Adam groaned, rubbing his temples and sat down on the empty chair next to Gwen. "You realize how excrutiatingly painful it was for me not to curse him,"he added, darkly.

"I can feel your pain." Mil said, sympathetic as she imagined having to be that kid's (Yes, she just called Andrew a kid) brother. "Ten." Millie whispered. Ten years old was a very special age considering. I mean, god. Ten. Double digits. If Millie was sure Gwen was looking, she'd have gave her something. If this wasn't a muggle restaurant and she was watching, she would've made a flower come out of her ear or something un-dazzling for a ten year old Wizard's daughter. Daisy felt lucky. The man was too dumb to know she had introduced herself three times since they had met. "And what condition is that?" She hated this enough without him trying the Flahtery smile. For some unknown reason, Daisy had never felt charmed by a person's best features. If they had a great smile, she normally hated it. If they had decent eyes but a great smile, she noticed the eyes first and the smile later. This was not the case with Andrew because, unfortunately, Daisy did not find his eyes attractive either. Nor did she like the fact that his breath reeked of some alcoholic beverages

“If you wanted to so badly why didn’t you? Wait! Hold on…is this the same guy that Becca’s, and Noah’s and John’s and Kira’s Auntie Lily yelled at and Hexed? Then their Auntie Emma did the same thing? AND Becca did the same thing?” Gwen asked looking at Andrew for a second and then back at Adam and her father, “Is that THE Andrew? The one who Miss Lily said that if she ever saw again she would…oh what did she say…oh yeah, castrate with a beaters bat?” Gwen asked and Chris was desperately trying not to spit, the drink he had taken a sip of, out. “Yes Gwen, I believe that is the same man.” Chris managed to say with a smile after swallowing his drink. “Correct me if I’m mistaken of course.” Chris added to Adam.

"Thank you,"Adam smiled grimly at Millie. He turned to Gwen, fighting back a burst of laughter. "That sounds like him,"he replied, the edges of his lips twitched upward. "I see he's met almost everyone in your family. James, the kids, Kat, Lily,"he trailed off, turning aorund to snicker.
"How does a romantic dinner, movie, and maybe a drink afterwards sound?"asked Andrew, coolly, as he slipped an arm around Daisy's shoulder. "Maybe a stroll under the stars? How does that sound?"he asked, grinning cheekily at her.

That's when Daisy grabbed his arm, twisted it silently around him, and whispered, "This is where you stop acting all lovey dovey and give me the information I want." Her eyes got darker than their usual violet as she continued, "And I will get the info now. What. Do. You. Know. About. The. Minster. Murderer?" Millie looked at Daisy and moved so that she obstructed everyone else's view of them.
