LA was lit up at night, and looked just like a bunch of lights from afar rather than building and cars. It was just a bunch of bright lights. Sitting on the famous Hollywood sign, crossed legged as if he did this sort of thing all the time, was one Nathan Ross. His pale skin seem to glow under the light of the wanning crescent of a moon, standing out only slightly as he sat on the sign. His dark hair ruffled in the wind, some strands falling into his eyes. Except, his eyes weren't the normal normal color that you would see on everyday people. They weren't blue, or green, or brow, or even the normal black you would see on a human. No his eyes were a shinning, seducing gold color. One of the many mysterious things about Nathan. Another was that he was no human. No matter how he might have looked, he was a vampire. His snowy white skin, his perfect and beautifully face, his gold eyes were all because he was a vampire. Not that he wasn't good looking before he was turned, but-well you get the point. He sat there as still as a stone with his eyes on the city, relaxed after a small hunting trip.

"Fierce,"chuckled a soft melodious voice in the distance.
A sharp whistle in the wind gave away the petite figure's location in the shadows of the gigantic "L" in the Hollywood sign. She leaned casually against the backboard of the sign, humming absentmindedly to no one in particular. Her chestnut brown hair was swayed lightly from side to side, brushing softly against her pale shoulder blades. The girl giggled to herself, brushing her bangs away from her dark brown eyes. Crossing her arms across her chest, she tilted her weight to her left foot and looked up at Nathan.
"I'm shocked. Wherever did you find something to hunt in this little city?"she asked, blinking innocently with a small smile on her pale lips. "Terribly hard to find good food these days,"she continued, sighing wistfully as she looked out towards the bustling city below them. "Wouldn't you agree?"asked the girl, now smirking.

Nathan's head looked down in the girls direction. A smirk formed on the boys lips before he landed, cat-like on his feet, down beside her. As he stood up straight, he seemed about six-feet tall with a wicked smile on his face."Not if you know what you are looking for," he said slyly. "After all this wood as a lot of wildlife, you just have to find what taste good." His gold eyes gleamed against his snowy skin, his brown hair looking out of place. "So why are you here?" he asked, crossing his arms against his chest.

"Touche,"nodded the girl, with a knowing smile on her lips.
Her dark eyes examined the figure in front of her. He was taller than her by about a foot. "Stronger too, probably,"she thought to herself, biting her lower lip. It would be troublesome to be on bad terms with him.
"I could ask you the same thing,"she replied, raising an eyebrow as she shifted her weight to her right food. "Not a lot of vampires show up in Hollywood,"she nodded towards the bright lights below them. "For obvious reasons."

"Well, acctually, I'm just up here hunting. Besides the fact there isn't much of us here for the obvious reasons," he said nodding with his head toward the city, "you don't have to worry about it getting to crowded with us." His voice had a small Brittish accent in it; his smile bright. "I've answered your question, now answer mine."

She paused for a moment, turning around so that her backside was facing him. Pausing for a few minutes, the girl took several deep breaths, not sure whether to answer him or not. She tilted her head and side-stepped so that her back was half faced towards the city. A small growl erupted from her throat. The innocent pearl-white smile she sent him contrasted greatly with the venomous look in her eyes. "Revenge,"she purred, narrowing her now reddening eyes.

A smirk fell on his lips. He took in her reddining eyes with distaste. "Revenge? What has someone done to you?" He took a step toward her, into the moon light. His features became more pronounced. His muscular arm hinted underneath his longsleve shirt, though he wasn't burley and looked like he was on steroides. He seemed like a normal sixteen year old. Ha.

The girl growled and took a step back. "That,"she snarled,"is none of your business." Her arms crossed tightly over her chest. "But relax. I'm not going after one of our kind. One more kill won't make a difference in the world. It's just one less victim for us to feed on, isn't it?"she added, viciously.
Her pale lips were drawn in a tight smile, as if forced. "Just relax,"she repeated, more softly the second time.

"You know, you need to learn some good conversation, or people-anylizing skills. Because I was very relaxed....Until you told me to relax. Now I'm curious..." he said, taking another step near her, his eyes narrowing for a split second before a wicked smile returned to his lips. His skin shinned in the moon light.

"Well, I'm sorry. My mother never did teach me people analysis or good conversation skills,"she smirked. " And if I were you, I'd rather not be curious about other people's business. It's exactly like me asking about your sex life."
"If any,"she added, mentally, smiling to herself.
"I may be smaller than you, but don't underestimate me,"the girl added, glaring at him warily as he took another step towards her.

"Never to late to learn. And fine," he said raising his hands in the air, "I won't ask anymore. But who said I ever underestemated you." His smile grew wider, his eye glinting. "Sooo.....What's your name?"
ooc: braindead and tired

"Better not,"she added, under her breath, glaring at the grass underneath her feet.
"I go by Reesie,"the girl added, holding out a hand. "And you?"

He chuckled at the first comment. "Better not? Is that a threat?" His eyebrows raised as he looked her at her, a smirk perched on his lips. Something glinted on his belt by his side, something silver. "Nice to meet you. I go by Nathan," he said, shaking her hand.

"Interpret it any way you'd like,"replied Reesie, shrugging her shoulders. "So I'm assuming you come from over the Atlantic Ocean?"she asked, conversationally, pulling her hand back down towards her side.
(( ><;; Sorry. ))

ooc: Tis fine ^^...Ish sort of braindead too >.<
bic: A wide smile formed on his lips as he kicked a stone from under his foot, sending it rolling down the hill side in front of them. "Well, yes acctually. England. How could you tell?" When he said this, he met her gaze, his eyes were feirce, but a wicked smile was curved on his lips. "And where are you from? I'm assuming somewhere around America, to be coming here for revenge," he added causually.

"Not really that hard,"chuckled the brunette, tossing her hair over her bare shoulder. "The accent-for one- is a dead giveaway,"she smirked.
Reesie paused for a moment, watching as the stone rolled down the hill until it dropped out of sight. She turned back to face Nathan, eyebrows still raised. "I'm from around here actually. Well,"she scoffed,"if you can call about an hour's run close,"she smirked.

"I thought I blended in quite well. I guess that means more practice," he teased, shaking his head, strands of hair falling into his golden eyes. He smirked at her. "That's what I thought."

"Yes it does,"agreed Reesie, laughing softly under her breath. "But I suppose you COULD say you're a new actor starting out in Hollywood,"she tilted her head to the left, licking her lips.
"Yes, it does seem that British accents are 'in' now,"she sighed, shaking her head. "Pity for those who can't do an accent, really,"she continued to no one in particular, flipping her hair over her shoulder once more.
Reesie suddenly gave a high girl-ish giggle, twirling around in a circle. Her midnight blue skirt lit up in a frenzy, flying around her as she twirled about, humming a miscellaneous tune. She stopped to bend down and pluck off a small trampled sunflower. "Ha. The sun. Pity,"the brunette murmured, stroking the browning petals of the flower.

HE smiled widely. "Already considered it. It's going to take a lot of force to get me to join the Hollywood nonsense," he said mater-of-factly. "British accents are in now? What would give you that idea?" But he barley finished that sentence before Reesie was twirling about, a little insanley. Though he wouldn't say that. His eyebrows shot up as he looked at her, unsure of what to say to that.
